Merry Christmas to all my Cajun cousins. What's on the menu today?

Won't kneaux until we get to the parents...

Had chicken sausage gumbo last night with homemade eggnog over at the
neighbors parents house...

Merry CHRISTmas eveyone!!!

Had chicken sausage gumbo last night with homemade eggnog over at the
neighbors parents house...
Merry CHRISTmas eveyone!!!

Merry Christmas to all. I had filled pork rollade, ( filled with
French cheese) and baked baby potatoes and salad and cranberries in
red port, and steamed pears in brandy. Then had mocca coffee ice and
Irish Coffee with a bon bon and after that we had lashings of single
malt Scotch.
I woke up this morning feeling very good indeed. Its a great day to be
alive.
