Nah, the pot my brother made me (80qt) boils water in 9 minutes. After
that I can turn out 40 to 50lbs of crawfish + corn and pototoes every 20
minutes or less...

If we'd have had a big boil, we'd have brought the 100lb pot or used his
catering rig. He has systems to do as much as 800 to 1000lbs at a time...
