MILK SHRIMP?

why did Daddy say "don't eat milk shrimp" i still throw them away, but
have never known why they're bad for us?
also never to drink milk with shrimp it'd make us sck.
I googled but all i got was recipes..

Catfish yes, all types but Hardheads (Gafftops, ie. saltwater catfish)...
