Why are we contacting Congress about a delay that is caused by the White House?

Getting on the phones helped with immigration because the law was being voted on. Here, the law has been passed. Congress did their job. Industry and retailers are pressuring GWB into delaying. And why not? Who do you think put him in that job?

My cousin Chuck has been working to promote COOL (Country of origin Labeling) in beef.
